Made from 6063 aluminium alloy, the Zephyrus G16 chassis is meticulously CNC machined to minimise bulk while maintaining rigidity. Using precision tools with a diameter of just 0.7 mm, the channels for the keyboard, touchpad and speakers are milled to ultra-tight tolerances.s with ultra-tight tolerances to create a robust, high-end chassis with components that stretch from edge to edge. After an eight-step process, the sandblasted, polished and anodised G16 chassis is ready to support its flagship hardware.
